| General information |
| Our
single self catering holiday apartment combines comfort and cosiness
with its very own unique style, all of which have been designed to provide
you with an enjoyable and easy stay. Designed just for two and equipped
to a very high standard, there are parking facilities - not to mention
fantastic views - right outside your door. |
| Downstairs
comfort and convenience are beautifully brought together. A cosy, comfortable
and well appointed lounge and dining area is perfectly complemented by
well laid out and handy kitchen facilities where, hopefully, we have provided
everything that you might need from utensils and crockery to an electric
cooker, fridge and microwave. We also provide free of charge a basic pack
of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar and milk to make your arrival
that bit easier as you settle into Skye time.
Entertainment, should you need it, comes via a combined tv/dvd/cd/vcr and even MP3 player which, thanks to the wonders of satellite, also gives you access to a host of radio channels. Come evening time just close the blinds, switch on the lifelike living flame fire, add perhaps a glass or two of your favorite tipple to the lovely peace and quiet - and you may never want to go home again! Still on the ground floor there is a good sized shower room with toilet, wash basin and shaver point. Upstairs is a well appointed bedroom with twin beds or if you prefer a super king sized double, complete with plenty of storage space, dressing table and a hairdryer too.

Step outside
and you have immediate access to our extensive garden area which we
hope you will share and enjoy. We’ve got flowers and fruit, together
with non-stop birdlife ranging from the beautiful sound of song thrushes
to the haunting cuckoo and cooing collared doves, not to mention the
myriad colours of siskins, goldfinches, bullfinches, great tits and
green finches. Or why not just go for a quiet wander up the Glen but
don’t forget to keep an eye open for buzzards as they soar high
overhead.

The
accommodation, where we have a no smoking policy, is fully centrally
heated, which along with the electricity is included in the price. Bed
linen and towels are also included and, if you have a well behaved pet,
subject to prior arrangement, then he/she can come too. There are even
purpose provided “doggy” towels in case your four legged
friend needs a quick rub down. |

£50 non-returnable booking fee and the balance to be paid no longer
than six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. |
